  It was cozy and great for 1 to 2 people. I enjoyed the lot bed, it was soft and cozy, close to the ceiling and wall, so it felt like you were away from the rest of the building, but still within it. A great place to rest.

  I liked the location. Also the owner was very communicative and called me to make sure everything was good. Also price was very good and came with free parking. Also place was had really nice decor.

  The charm and location were 10/10. It “gives millennial nerd vibes” with the art and video game and cartoon references. Very adorable. Perfect for weekend class.
  
  What could be improved: Two of the beds are futons. Which is fine if you aren’t 35+ That said there was an air mattress and I didn’t notice when I booked. We have planned to rent again and I will bring my own air mattress just because I am a plus sized woman and the futon doesn’t cut it. But ten years ago it would’ve been great. The previous renter was a mess but the owner was kind and helpful and it was no big deal!
