  Great location within walking distance of downtown, Pike Street, Convention Center, and pioneer square (30 minute walk). Great Italian restaurant downstairs. Room 632 was quiet after about 10pm. Noise prior to that came from outside on sidewalk first night, not from within building. Sofa couch was surprisingly comfortable. Ocean view was largely from the balcony, which we didn’t really use as it is winter. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for a short stay. Property manager and booking contact were both excellent.
  
  What could be improved: Bathroom needs painting and baseboards need replacing due to water damage, though it seemed clean enough. Pool and hot tub areas were enclosed and very chlorine smelling, so for me, not a pleasant facility.
