Location in the city, walking distance to attractions. Appliances in the apartment were all functional. Requested for portable AC and 2 were provided, one in living room and one in the bedroom. Not too noisy. Restaurants below the apartment complex, easy to find meals if you don’t feel like cooking. Convenience store nearby as well. Owners are very nice.
What could be improved: The unit only has 2 bedrooms, the sofa bed is in the living room. Once the sofa bed is set, very little space to move around.Thaochau from United States – 29 July 2024 (8/10)
The location in Belltown is great for anyone who would like to do the main touristy things (e.g., Pike Place, Space Needle, Chuhily Gardens, Olympic Sculpture Park along the waterfront), and the restaurants nearby are really good. Everything was about a 10-15 minute walk (even with a young child). There was also a dog park nearby. Free parking in a very secure garage in the building. The unit and building had great amenities that we wished we could have used more of (full kitchen, washer/dryer, indoor pool, gym, roof deck). This was one of the few places that was dog and kid friendly and had free parking included. The host Vince was nice enough and somewhat responsive via text. Kelli was a nice greeter.
What could be improved: The location in Belltown isn’t what it used to be, as it’s quite noisy and has a lot more unhoused people who were yelling at night or motorcycle races down the street. Even with the windows closed, the street noise was very loud which might not be ideal for light sleepers or families with young children. You could hear trucks backing up and the birds throughout the night and early morning. If you’ve already done the touristy things and have a car, I’d recommend staying outside the city center a bit because the traffic can be quite bad. The property also had a lot of rules and was strict about access which made us so nervous and the deposit was $1000 for damages so I made sure to send images of damages noted as soon as we arrived. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and my child and I are sensitive to certain scents and cleaning products and Vince was responsive but did not address it adequately so that was a slight annoyance.Marco from United States – 30 September 2023 (8/10)
Excellent location! Super clean and great communication with the host, I would highly recommend a stay here! We will be back for sure!

What could be improved: We didn’t like that there was no one there to coordinate things with and everything seems so restricted. Location was terrible for us with lots of homeless drug addicts around the entrance door and the nearby streets.

Location was great. I appreciate the level of security. Love having a washer/drier. Lots of towels.
What could be improved: The master bed was soggy in the middle. The second bed in the study was too large and made it hard to move around the room, also the reading lights above the bed did not turn on. The carpet in the condo needed shampooing. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The provided standing floor fans were full of dust and spewed it out when turned on. Overall the condo was dusty, pillows and sofa looked dingey and in need of shampooing. With three guests hot water ran out quickly. Listing emphasized thorough cleaning but everything but the kitchen needs a deeply clean. You can tell things have not been moved to clean and dusty floorboards, in other words expect motel 6 level cleanliness.
Many hoops to jump through when signing agreement after booking on Priceline. Host was nice and greeter was great. I kept host informed of my changing check in time and he was flexible.Barbara from Poland – 11 November 2023 (8/10)
