  The front desks, security and staff were friendly and welcoming. There’s free Starbucks coffee available at the front desk where you can grab it on the go.
  
  The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. with soft and clean bedsheet. The bathroom was clean and the hot water in the shower ran well.
  
  The location is really close to the underground train stop and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes near by,
  
  What could be improved: The breakfast menu was limited. It was not like what I read in the reviews.
  
  The coffee machine in the room should be cleaned regularly.
  
  We paid for 3 people but only two sets of towels available in the bathroom.

  Great location with easy access to unload your car. With valet, it made it worry and hassle free. Everything was within walking distance.

  What could be improved: Price gouging! Paid $2200 for 3 nights over Labor day weekend. Staff tried to put us in a room that had less amenities than we paid for. (Smaller room with a chair rather than sitting area with a couch.) Overlooked an alley with garbage, rats, and drug users.
