  My son lives in Newcastle, and this Bellevue location is perfect. Breakfast hot, with a variety of items to choose from. Nice.

  What could be improved: Even for a best western the breakfast was bad. Doesn’t feel like they have an adequate amount of parking for the amount of guests they can accommodate.

  The breakfast was very nice. Lots of choices, many of which were healthy. Good coffee bar at breakfast. Tge beds were very comfortable and tge room was quiet.
  
  What could be improved: I was hoping to have a cup of tea at arrival at the coffee bar in tge lobby, but the water was cold. Also, I forgot my shower cap, and tge front desk gave me a complimentary one, but it was flimsy and did not keep my hair dry.

  The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I ever slept in.
  
  What could be improved: Not that I didn’t like it, but a Keurig coffee maker would have been wonderful. We brought our own K cups but weren’t able to use them.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable room with plenty of space. I was so pleased to have a nice desk for work and a cozy armchair.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. I even enjoyed the gentle whoosh of cars on the highway. It was like a sleep machine. (It would be great if there were restaurants closeby to walk to but that can’t be helped!)
