Furnished Apartments – Climate Pledge Arena Next Door Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Furnished Apartments – Climate Pledge Arena Next Door on Mercer Street, you immediately understand why couples give this place such high marks for location. I mean, you’re literally steps away from one of Seattle‘s hottest entertainment venues, and the Queen Anne neighborhood has this perfect mix of urban energy and residential charm that’s honestly hard to find elsewhere in the city. The building itself has that modern Pacific Northwest vibe — nothing too flashy, but clean lines and lots of glass that actually works with the Seattle aesthetic.

The Apartment Experience

What sets this three-star property apart is that you’re getting a full apartment rather than just a hotel room. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen, which — let me tell you — is a game-changer when you’re staying in Seattle for more than a night or two. You can actually cook breakfast instead of dropping $20 at every coffee shop (though honestly, the coffee shops here are pretty tempting). The furnishings are modern and comfortable, nothing fancy but everything you need, and the windows let in that gorgeous Seattle light when it’s not raining.

Location Magic

Here’s what I love about staying right next to Climate Pledge Arena — you’re not just close to events, you’re in the heart of what makes Seattle tick. South Lake Union is a quick walk away, so you’ve got Amazon’s headquarters and all those tech company vibes if that’s your thing. But honestly, I spend most of my time wandering through Queen Anne itself. The neighborhood has this great mix of local spots and newer developments, plus you can walk to Seattle Center and catch the monorail downtown when you don’t feel like dealing with parking.

Practical Perks

The 8.1 rating makes sense once you settle in — everything just works the way it should. The Wi-Fi is solid (crucial for remote work or just staying connected), and having laundry in the unit means you can pack lighter. What really impressed me was how quiet it stays despite being so close to the arena. You’d think there’d be constant noise, but the building’s design actually buffers most of the street sounds. Plus, when there is an event next door, you sort of feel like you’re part of the action without dealing with the crowds.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.4 location score from couples isn’t just about proximity to entertainment — though being able to walk to a Kraken game or concert is pretty sweet. It’s about having a real neighborhood base in Seattle where you can grab groceries at the local market, find a decent restaurant without tourist markup, and still be connected to everything the city offers. You know what really sells it for me? You get the space and comfort of an apartment with the flexibility of a hotel stay, right in one of Seattle’s most dynamic areas. It’s not trying to be something it’s not — just a solid, well-located place to call home while you explore the city.

Apartments in Seattle suit remote teams with lofted work nooks, fiber Wi-Fi, and leafy courtyard lounges.

  • Donna from United States – 18 May 2024 (9/10)

    Cleanliness

  • Antron from United States – 9 December 2023 (8/10)

Loved the proximity to pledge arena and the awesome grocery store across the street. We were able to walk to the space needle and all of the museums in the area. Would definitely stay again, just for the location.

What could be improved: Make sure you get a front apartment. The rear apartments are next to a bar and it's noisy at night. The rooms could have been a little cleaner also.

  • Tanja from United States – 2 October 2023 (9/10)

It is a good apartment in a nice ambiance. It has prime location, easily walkable to very downtown (about 30 minutes at a slake pace) and to the near shore, in a quiet residential area. There is good food store across the road, pharmacy, bank and a pub, some coffee shops. The apartment’s administration is very nice, welcoming, responsive and helpful. The apartment is good both for staying alone and also for a family of 3 people, it has all the necessary kitchen equipment and utensils. If I plan to go to Seattle again, I will definitely stay there again.

  • Cheryl from Australia – 19 September 2023 (7/10)

    Nice friendly staff, good location

What could be improved: Too noisy, the street noise was not good. And the upstairs apartment above us was very noisy at times.

  • Lauren from United States – 19 September 2023 (9/10)

the room had wonderful natural light, was perfectly situated, had good internet, was very clean/comfortable, and was far more spacious that we anticipated.
additionally, Melanie was a SUPERSTAR! she was very helpful with our room reservation and supporting our arrival.

What could be improved: it is an old building so the hallways are a bit dark and a little unnerving at first.

  • Monique from Australia – 18 September 2023 (7/10)

The location, close to the Space Needle and monorail. The bed was very comfortable. Supermarket across the road was handy. Oven was great.

What could be improved: The lounge was very uncomfortable, kitchen cooking equipment was poor. Would have liked an iron and ironing board in the room. There was space to store one.

  • Anna from United States – 15 August 2023 (8/10)

    Location!
    Furnished kitchen!

What could be improved: No AC

  • Denita from United States – 26 July 2023 (9/10)

Great location; we could walk to all the places we wanted to go. It was clean throughout the place and the bed was comfortable. We felt secure there with the gate and key pad and besides road noise when we had the windows open, it was quite. Neighboring units were very respectful. The unit had almost everything we needed for our stay.

What could be improved: It was very warm and the fan provided helped but with the sun hitting the windows in the afternoon it got pretty warm in the apartment even though we closed the blinds during the day. Would have loved something like a small AC or cooling unit but we understand it’s usually a milder climate there and this is an old building.

  • Wendy from Australia – 18 June 2023 (8/10)

    Clean and spacious.

What could be improved: Plumbing – fiddly shower faucet, even after getting it right.
    Pop up basin plug faulty.

  • Carmel from Australia – 30 May 2023 (8/10)

Great location near the Climate Pledge arena and Space needle. Lots of parkland nearby. Supermarket across the road. Close to public transport.
Great kitchen for eating at home and good laundry facilities available on site.

What could be improved: Noisy at night due to main road location
