  I loved the location and amenities nearby. It was also very quiet and felt safe.

  What could be improved: AC/Heat unit was loud.
  Bathroom fan VERY loud.
  Couldn’t get tea/coffee in the lobby because there were no cups available that were suitable for hot beverages.

  Close proximity to medical facilities and partnered with a restaurant and coffee shop made it very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: The handicap room was farthest from entryway and lacked safety bar in tub and near toilet. Not sure wheelchair would fit into bathroom; very narrow. Also ice machine on ground floor missing. Machines available on other floors but with handicap walking disability it was too difficult.

  What could be improved: Did not like that you can walk from the restaurant next door straight into where the rooms are. Did do even have to go through lobby. No security measures in place. No key card access to use the elevators.

  Great location, very close to the medical centers and shops like Wholefoods and Trader joes. Pets are welcome which is the best part for us.

  So nice to be able to open a window, for fresh air and temperature. Happy for the microwave. Very good shower head. Bed was super comfortable and firm. Comfortable, clean lounge chair with foot stool.
  
  What could be improved: The room’s lighting was poor. Helped a little to remove a lamp shade, but not enough. Room was smaller than expected but adequate and still had space for a long counter for a place to put things.
