Reviews

  • Anne from United States – 9 May 2025 (9/10)

Very clean, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, free parking, good dog-walking area

What could be improved: noise from the highway–rooms facing north are quieter! Gym was less clean that the last time I used it

  • Michelle from United States – 24 February 2025 (9/10)

Loved the bed and room set up

What could be improved: Hate the bathroom mirror.

  • Ei-ping from Canada – 5 January 2025 (8/10)

    Quiet area

What could be improved: Limited supplies like no slippers to walk on floor carpet. Sausage was way too salty.

  • Jt from United States – 23 December 2024 (7/10)

it’s a good hotel with pool, hot tub and breakfast included in a good location.

What could be improved: the pool and breakfast were not available during our last stay.

  • Justine from Canada – 18 November 2024 (7/10)

Breakfast was great, gym was just alright as far as selection with weights etc. everything was clean, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

What could be improved: The staff asked us to change rooms to accommodate another guest/ room going out of service. We said that was fine. Then the in the morning we asked if we could go out shopping and come back and use the pool after our check out time or if we should just use the pool in the morning; we were told later would be fine but then the staff changed for the afternoon and we were told no for the pool. Super frustrating since we had planned around that and also made accommodations for the hotel. Not hospitable. We did them a favor, they certainly didn’t repay the flexibility despite the pool being completely empty.

  • Sandra from United States – 12 November 2024 (9/10)

We have been staying here for a few years now everytime we travel to the west side of the state and we love it! It is very affordable, clean and staff is very friendly. Their breakfast is also amazing!

  • Ann from United States – 28 October 2024 (8/10)

Great property ! Clean and updated. The King Suite was good sized a well laid out. Nice kitchenette with micro and dishes, dishwasher. Bistro table and chairs were nice for morning coffee.
Comfortable bed with nice linens. I felt we could have used a duvet though.
Shower water pressure was very strong.
We will stay again. Central to Bellevue downtown and East Seattle. Not far from Woodinville Wine tasting zone.

What could be improved: The breakfast was just OK. Eggs were not hot and toaster was not working well. Bread was dried out.

  • Roie from Israel – 17 October 2024 (9/10)

My fiance said that the bed was one of the most comfortable she ever slept in.
The room was very large and comfortable.
    Overall an amazing hotel.

What could be improved: Thebreakfast could have been a bit more varied.

  • Phyllis from United States – 2 October 2024 (7/10)

I liked the room size, kitchen, lighting, etc. The location was very convenient and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay at a Hyatt House if the layout/size/features are all like this one. However, see my complaint about the hot water.

What could be improved: The only complaint I have was that the hot water never got hot. It was lukewarm (‘baby-safe’ temperature), I like to take hot showers, but the shower never got even close to hot. I wouldn’t mind a warm shower, but the water temperature never got past lukewarm. I complained on the first night and was told to let the water run a little longer. So, I tried this (15 minutes). It didn’t work. We were there three nights. I suffered through this because we were only there to sleep and we got back late each night so I didn’t have an opportunity to ask for another room.
