  Wonderful property!

  Staff was very nice, polite and responsive on all my demands.
  Location is in the very center of Bellevue close to all the restaurants, transport hubs and shopping malls.
  
  What could be improved: Breakfast: I have had a better breakfast in 2-star hotels.
  And be aware to have enough funds on your CC as this hotel reserves 60% more of your rate as accidental security deposit which are released at the end of your stay.

  What could be improved: Paid for a suite but got a normal room size. A suite would have a separate bedroom but this wasn’t the case. Pretty poor layout plan and you’d looking at paying high premium for a descent room size.

  I didn’t like anything. The experience I had from Priceline and booking was horrible. I will never be booking with Priceline or booking.com again
  
  What could be improved: Please see message above and if a manager or supervisor reads this please give me a call. I really need to speak to somebody about the experience I had in Seattle due to Priceline in The hotel itself also deserves a bad rating because the stay was $500 a night. Plus they didn’t let you know that you had to pay a $200 deposit on top of that. That’s damn near $1,000. For one night stay booking.com and priceline.com really screwed up. This time I was supposed to be rehoused because they canceled my stay the last minute and then they expected me to pay that $700 and then me to trust them to reimburse me back. When I sent an email to the employee you told me I could get a reimbursement to verify if I was going to get the reimbursement before I spent the money. Never heard anything back so never ended up going to the hotel due to trusting the employee.
