  Excellent location in Downtown Bellevue. Staff is very helpful and responsive via Booking.com app and WhatsApp. Very nice apartment for both short and longstay.

  The location was great and it was a big apartment. We had a lot of space and really well laid out
  
  What could be improved: There is air conditioning in the main room which was great. There are fans in the bedrooms but we also brought fans which was helpful as it was very hot during our stay.

  It was clean, comfortable, and close to the dance competition location my daughter was participating at for the weekend.
  
  What could be improved: It wasn’t the floor plan we thought we booked since we thought the one we selected had a queen bed and two twin beds. Instead, we got a bed that seemed to be a double and twin with trundle. When I inquired about that, I was given the answer that we aren’t guaranteed the room we booked, but one that is similar and available. The representative said the room indeed had a queen and twin beds. I didn’t like that response because if I book a room, I expect it to be the room type I want. There weren’t enough towels & wash cloths for 4 people either. They also use an air freshener in the hallway by the elevator which is too strong. It really bothered me as I’m sensitive to strong perfumes or smells making me cough.

  The location was good for us, as our activities were nearby. The responsiveness to inquiries was really good, as well. On a whole the amount of space we had was really good.
  
  What could be improved: As spacious as the apartment is, it was very, very spare in furnishings. Teeny tiny dining table, with only 3 chairs that have seen much better days. There was a 3 person couch in the living space, but no additional comfy chairs. The mattress on the fold-out couch was stained 🙁 . As stated in the description of the apartment, we expected there to be an electric kettle. It was no where to be found.

  What could be improved: Very difficulty getting into the building and cavernous parking garage. Thought we could access building through door to stairwell in garage and got locked in. Good thing I had a phone with me.
