  Nice new place.
  
  What could be improved: Inadequate kitchen supplies, no dish towels, etc. Usually other similar places provide coffee, salt, pepper, basic supplies. Unfortunately the neighborhood was rough, several cop cars, and gun altercations down the road. We could see it from the rooftop.
