The location was very walkable. Parking was on the street which is narrow but we were able to find a space the next block down. Roof top deck was lovely. Just a heads up there are lots of stairs – fine for us but maybe not for everyone

Vince was responsive and very helpful prior to our checking in at his property. He provided all of the necessary details to check in and what to expect at his apartment. We found his apartment to be extremely well-located for us (visiting a friend under 10 minutes’ walk away), bright and sunny, modern and clean. We also really appreciated his curated neighborhood guide, as 2 out of 3 of us had never been to Seattle before, and all of us had never been to the Ballard area 🙂

The place is quite new and spacious. Fully equipped, great facilities. Quite comfortable and the location was very good.
What could be improved: We were not very familiar with how the heaters in the house work, so we tried to look up how to make them work by ourselves first, but it didn’t turn out as expected. Then we tried to reach out to the point of contact, but it was very difficult to figure things out since it was not so easy to contact the person who was responsible for the house. Once we could contact the person, the responses were not promptly sent to us. We felt a bit embarrassed and sad because the whole situation made it seemed like the point of contact was not voluntarily wanting to help and it made us felt like we disturbed the person who was the point of contact with the problem that we were facing.Aubrey from United States – 17 June 2023 (8/10)
