  It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Place was much bigger than expected and beautiful! I would definitely stay here again especially for the price!

  Modern, bigger than expected; very clean. Had everything you need to cook in the kitchen and a grill on the balcony. Bedroom had a huge walk-in closet. Only about 4 blocks to walk to Link light rail.
  
  What could be improved: Very little parking but we only had a car 1 day; was easy to use the Link to get downtown and to ferries and airport. Air conditioner was leaking but owner communicated daily about it and tried to get a tech there. Nights were cool so not a problem.

  Very nice place. Close to restaurants and coffee shops and the One Line.
  
  What could be improved: If I had to pick something I didn’t like it would be the pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place though. I think if someone was wanting to sleep on the ground floor maybe bring an air mattress.
