  Ted was a very accommodating host. We had whatever we requested almost immediately as he lived nearby. It was a newly remodeled unit so all appliances were new with nice washer and dryer.
  Great location and plenty of free parking on the street in a very safe neighborhood. Great views out the front window.

  Clean, conveniently located. Had everything we needed – mostly.
  
  What could be improved: The couch-bed was not made-up, and we could not find any sheets for it. The kitchen sink drain was very slow, needs attention. The listing price was only half of what it actually cost – cleaning cost not included. I guess that’s standard practice these days…?
