    My grandson, 18 years old, was so taken with the property he kept saying this was how he was going to live after university and he was going to decorate his dorm just like the place. I agree with him, very well appointed and clean.
    The rooftop view blew us way !
    The location was great. We walked to the U station and took public transportation to downtown, very cheap and efficient.

    What could be improved: The stairs, but on the flip side we got a lot of exercise. That was not a bad thing. It was well laid out. Unique property for sure. Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like really, it was all good.

    Incredible view, the roof top deck was wonderful. We enjoyed the ground level BBQ. Close to Green Lake, a 10 minute walk to the light rail station.

    What could be improved: We had a full size pickup which made parking difficult.

    The facility was excellent. On two clear days we got some photos of Mt Rainier from the rooftop patio. For us the location was great. It is one mile from U of W where our granddaughter was graduating. And 2 blocks from the Hawaii – since we were doing an Hawaii style graduation it couldn't have worked out any better. Good food and restaurants near by too.

    What could be improved: Several places it is state that all phone call will be returned with in an hour. We never were able to speak to anyone – only communication was by text and email. Since we were informed that there had been some "glitch" with Booking we were uncertain of our booking until we actually arrived at the property and gained access. After arriving we met the property manager who was very welcoming and helpful. Street parking by permit (one permit provided by property management) was not ideal but we managed. We had two vehicles for 6 family members. Other vehicle had to park blocks away in a "free zone".

    Location was excellent! Incredible view, and close to downtown and other Seattle areas like Ballard or Fremont. Also did the Lake Union electric boat ride (recommended), which was super easy to get to.

    What could be improved: The lower level bedroom was not adequately able to be heated to a comfortable temperature with just the little wall heater. Since the outside temps were quite cold in Seattle while we were there this was a problem, but we managed.
