Seattle Among The Trees: in Belltown w/Parking! Overview
First Impressions
When I first spotted Seattle Among The Trees: in Belltown w/Parking!, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from the name — but stepping into this four-star property in Seattle‘s Belltown district, everything clicked. The place actually lives up to its quirky name, with thoughtful design touches that somehow make you feel like you’re tucked away in nature despite being right in the urban heart of the city. You know what really struck me? The way they’ve managed to create this calm, almost residential vibe while being smack in the middle of one of Seattle’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Location Magic
Belltown is honestly one of those neighborhoods that just works — and this place sits perfectly on 1st Avenue where you can walk to Pike Place Market in about ten minutes, hit the waterfront easily, or grab dinner at some seriously good spots without ever needing a car. I mean, couples seem to get this because they consistently rate the location around 9.6, and I totally understand why. The Space Needle is practically in your backyard, and you’re close enough to Capitol Hill and Queen Anne that you can explore different sides of Seattle without the hassle. Plus, having free parking in Belltown? That’s honestly like finding gold.
The Room Experience
The room itself feels more like a well-designed urban retreat than your typical hotel space. There’s something about the layout and furnishings that makes it feel homey — maybe it’s the way they’ve incorporated those “among the trees” elements into the decor, or just the thoughtful touches that show someone actually cared about the guest experience. The windows give you real glimpses of Seattle life, and honestly, waking up here feels like you’re staying at a friend’s really nice place rather than just another hotel. The space is comfortable without being flashy, which I actually prefer.
Neighborhood Perks
What I love about staying here is how you’re positioned to experience Seattle like someone who actually lives here. Belltown has this great mix — you’ve got the serious coffee culture (obviously), some fantastic happy hour spots, and those little corner markets where you can grab whatever you need. The waterfront is right there when you want that classic Seattle experience with the ferries and views, but you’re also close enough to the more residential areas that you get a feel for how the city actually works. It’s not just tourist central, you know?
Why Guests Love It
Honestly, this place works because it doesn’t try too hard. The location score of 9.4 makes perfect sense when you’re here — you can walk to most of what you want to see, but you’re not dealing with the chaos of being right on top of Pike Place Market. The free parking situation is huge for anyone driving in, and the overall vibe just feels authentic to Seattle without being gimmicky about it. I think what really sets it apart is that balance between being centrally located and actually comfortable — like you found that sweet spot where you can explore the city but also just relax when you want to.

Great location, super clean and comfortable space
What could be improved: Although we followed all the rules (like texting the host 24h before our arrival, 30 min before and when we arrived), the host didn’t make it easy by not answering and not being there on time for the check-in, making us wait for a long timeLiana from Australia – 15 October 2024 (6/10)
The location washing machine and dryer and bedding were great
What could be improved: The noise from outside was terrible the first night as it is only on the 3rd floor. We could hear everything so no sleep. They ended up giving us earplugs.Ben from United Kingdom – 15 September 2024 (9/10)
Great location. Can walk to Pike Place Market. Great for being in the centre. Parking garage was great. The apartment was very nicely furnished and comfortable. Great facilities particularly the laundry. Great to have an elevator in the building when you have cases.
What could be improved: Only downside was bedroom window was always open because of the aircon duct. The street was busy and there was even a street party opposite, so not quiet at night.Wynn from United States – 22 August 2024 (9/10)
breakfast?–not included. But wonderful bakery next door. Host allowed us to leave luggage as we arrived very early. Helpful. Good walking everywhere.

The location is great, we loved the outside courtyard and having our room right across the hall from the courtyard was great. Feeling safe went inside the property.

What could be improved: Noisy at night. Drag racing and partyingHuei from United States – 15 June 2024 (8/10)
Great location
What could be improved: Restaurant and bar down stairs makes a lot of noise at nightKessa from United States – 11 May 2024 (8/10)
It was beautiful! Really attentive to needs and questions.
What could be improved: Very loud outside the property as close to the Main Street/area of town… hard though because it was great to be so close to things! Check in with booing.com was really unclear. But the property manager came to help and sorted us out… was a great stay after that!
