  It is beautifully decorated, the location is great and the price is also great
  
  What could be improved: The unit is in the basement, there are pipes throughout that are exceptionally loud. At times it sounds like someone is dumping a aquarium tank full of water through your living room but the worst part was there are loud pipe clanking like someone is taking a wrench and banging pipes and this will go on every couple of hours throughout the night. If you’re a solid sleeper, it’s not a problem, or pack earplugs.

  Nicely updated and decorated. It was ice to have nite lights, games and other incidentals. Great location!!!
  
  What could be improved: One thing … when toilets flushed anywhere above us, it seemed, we could hear it. Still a great place.
