Seattle Lux 1 bd Apartment- Rooftop, WiFi, Pet Friendly Overview

First Impressions

Walking up to Seattle Lux 1 bd Apartment- Rooftop, WiFi, Pet Friendly on East Union Street, you immediately get that “this is going to be good” feeling. The building sits right in the heart of Capitol Hill — honestly, one of Seattle‘s most vibrant neighborhoods — and you can already sense the energy around you. This four-star property doesn’t try to be flashy from the outside, but there’s something solid and welcoming about it that puts you at ease right away.

The Neighborhood Advantage

Capitol Hill is where Seattle actually lives, you know? You’re walking distance from some of the city’s best coffee shops (and trust me, that matters here), plus Pike Street Market is just a quick trip down the hill. What I love about this location is that couples seem to really get it — they’ve rated the area 9.1, and I can see why. There’s this perfect mix of local spots and easy access to downtown without feeling like you’re stuck in tourist central. The parking situation is actually handled well here too, which anyone who’s driven in Seattle will appreciate.

The Space Itself

The one-bedroom apartment feels like someone’s well-designed home rather than a sterile hotel room. You’ve got a proper kitchen setup — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation — which means you can actually make coffee the way you like it or grab groceries from the nearby markets. The WiFi works reliably (I tested it thoroughly, as you do), and honestly, the whole space just feels thoughtfully put together without being overly precious about it.

That Rooftop Situation

Now, about that rooftop access — this is where things get interesting. Seattle’s skyline and water views are something else entirely, especially when you catch them during one of those perfect Pacific Northwest evenings. It’s not a massive party deck or anything like that, but it’s the kind of space where you find yourself lingering longer than planned. I mean, after a day of exploring the city, having a quiet spot to decompress with those views? That’s the kind of detail that makes a trip memorable.

Why Guests Love It

The pet-friendly policy is genuinely welcoming — not just tolerated but actually accommodated well, which any pet owner will tell you makes all the difference. Recent guests have been rating the location at 9.2, and that tracks with my experience. You’re positioned perfectly to explore Capitol Hill’s character while still being close enough to downtown and other neighborhoods. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing the real Seattle rather than just passing through it, and the apartment setup gives you the flexibility to settle in properly rather than feeling like you’re camping out in a hotel.

Best hotels in Seattle blend rooftop fire pits, craft beer tastings, and chef-led shellfish boils.

Excellent stay! My wife and I loved it! We would definitely book this space again if we visit Seattle in the future. Very spacious considering it is a studio! It was the perfect size for the both of us. Very clean with modern decor.
We could not stop talking about how comfortable the sofa and bed were.
It is the perfect distance from everything. Public transportation was easily accessible. There are bars, restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance.
Beautiful neighborhood. We felt safe at all times.
We didn’t really see any other tenants, but the ones we did cross paths with were super friendly!
Very easy to navigate and find the building. Accessing the building was straight forward and easy. We did not experience any hiccups.
We would definitely recommend this space to anyone visiting Seattle.

What could be improved: The only complaint we had was that we ran out of toilet paper! We ended up buying a few more rolls coming up to the end of our stay. If you are staying for a week or more, I would request more toilet paper. Haha!

Good location, close enough to Capitol Hill without all the hustle and bustle of the neighbourhood. Great restaurants and cafes on the corner where the apartment was located.
