Loved the space. Very comfortable and close to the light rail. A good place for friends and family to stay for a short trip.
What could be improved: Water pressure was low and never rose above a slightly warm temperature.

Very clean and comfortable. Help with hot water heater was responsive, but not sufficiently able to help.

The bedroom configuration allowed privacy with two en suite bedrooms on the top floor, and one full bath adjacent to the first floor bedroom. The kitchen was large and well appointed with appliances and dishes/pans/flatware. Overall, the unit was clean as expected.
What could be improved: Noise: Unit is one unit off of a main street (85th Ave N). If you are sensitive to traffic noise, you’ll need earplugs or should look for another property.
Parking: Say a prayer and cross your fingers as you’ll need to find street parking in a densely populated neighborhood. Good luck. Don’t be surprised if youronly option is a block or two from the unit.
Stairs: The unit is a 3-story vehicle town house with 2 steep staircases. If you have mobility issues, the stairs will be a challenge.
Mattresses: All three bedrooms had rock-hard “memory foam” and had as much cushion as asphalt. If you like an extra firm mattress, you’ll be happy.
Safety: None of the full baths had anti-slip mats or strips in the tubs. This was very dangerous as there were no handrails to grab if you slipped.
Heat: Seattle has generally mild temps year-round. The weekend of our visit, temps ranged from low 50s at night and high 70s during the day. The unit does not have AC. Box fans were available in each bedroom but the air didn’t circulate well. As far as heat, the wall heaters were blockedon the main level (garage can in kitchen, living room sofa). When we turned on the heat, we panicked and quickly moved the garbage can and sofa that blocked the wall units.
Bugs: The first floor bedroom had bug issues (spiders, beetles and gnats).
Ceiling Leak: We heard drops from the kitchen pantry and saw water leaking from a patched area. Contacted the property manager, and provided photos. Was told that a maintenance worker had been sent and couldn’t find the area I described. Funny as the issue was clear as glass. I provided pics/video. Could’ve ignored the issue but felt compelled to inform the property manager (as a good guest). We did the right thing then let it go.Yu-ping from Taiwan – 21 March 2025 (9/10)
