  We rented an apartment for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised. The apartment is very modern, with designer decoration, all furniture, appliances, utensils are new. Good linens, comfortable beds with anatomical mattresses and pillows. It was very clean, nice to be inside, cozy. Two bedrooms, living room and kitchen combined, but the living room is organized, there was a couch, chairs, coffee tables and TV. The kitchen had coffee, condiments, oil and all the utensils we needed. Brand new washer and dryer, iron. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood close to high school. Safe. Convenient door on code lock. Clean comfortable bath, large mirror. There is a Safeway nearby. We were a little stressed by the small number of reviews, but most likely the reason is because the rental is very recent because everything was in perfect new condition.

  There is a key pad lock on the door, so entry and exit were a breeze with a PIN! The apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.
  
  What could be improved: Everything was great, the only thing that would have been good is cable TV for local sports/news, given the time of year it is great to get local news and events.
