Top Floor Water View Oasis near Space Needle & Cruise Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked into Top Floor Water View Oasis near Space Needle & Cruise, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment rental in Queen Anne. But stepping onto that top floor — wow, the views hit you immediately. You’re looking out over Elliott Bay with the Space Needle practically at eye level, and I mean, it’s the kind of view that makes you stop mid-conversation. The whole place feels like someone’s carefully curated urban retreat rather than just another vacation rental.
Location & Neighborhood
Queen Anne is one of those Seattle neighborhoods that locals actually want to live in, which tells you something right there. You’re a quick walk down to Seattle Center when you want the tourist stuff, but you’re also surrounded by genuine neighborhood spots — there’s a great coffee place just around the corner that doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard. The five-star rating makes sense when you consider that couples rate the location 9.2 out of 10, and honestly, I get it. You can walk to Pike Place Market in about 15 minutes, catch the monorail to downtown, or just wander the tree-lined streets when you need a break from the city energy.
The Space Itself
This isn’t your typical hotel room situation — you’ve got a full kitchen that’s actually equipped for cooking, not just reheating leftovers. The living area opens up to those floor-to-ceiling windows, and during the day, you barely need artificial light. I spent way too much time just sitting by the window with my morning coffee, watching the ferries cross the Sound. The whole place feels thoughtfully designed, like someone who actually lives in luxury put it together rather than a corporate decorator.
Practical Perks
Here’s what I really appreciated — they’ve got private parking on site, which in Seattle is basically like finding gold. No circling blocks looking for street parking or paying $30 a day at some downtown garage. The building itself is quiet, and you know what, when you’re on the top floor, you really feel removed from street noise. The spa-like bathroom doesn’t hurt either — one of those deep soaking tubs where you can actually unwind after walking all over the city.
Why Guests Love It
Look, there are plenty of places to stay in Seattle, but this one gets the balance right. You’re close enough to everything that matters — the cruise terminals, Pike Place, all the usual suspects — but you’re staying somewhere that feels like a real home base. Recent guests rated the location 9.4 out of 10, and after spending time here, I understand why. It’s that rare combination of luxury and livability, where you can cook breakfast while watching the sunrise over the water, then walk 10 minutes to catch a ferry to the islands. The whole experience feels less like checking into a hotel and more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place — if your friend happened to have impeccable taste and one of the best views in the city.

We were within walking distance of Climate Pledge and several restaurants.
What could be improved: Clean and the view was really greatLei from United States – 6 January 2025 (9/10)
Location is pretty nice. It’s enjoyable to see sunset from the balcony.
What could be improved: The status of some lights should be double checked since they seemed to be blinking.
Ventilation system in the bathroom is a bit noisy.
The heating system in the bathroom is not working.Romy from United States – 17 December 2024 (9/10)
The view was great! The kitchen was clean and handy. The owners provided everything, such as coffee, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, paper products and shampoo. The owners were easy to communicate with.
What could be improved: Just a heads up that the dryer takes a long time to dry clothes.Mercedes from Fiji – 25 September 2024 (9/10)

The access was so easy, and the tenant made sure we had all the details.
What could be improved: The bedroom was a bit small for 2 older (ish) people, as the bed is against the wall, but did not matter for the few nights we were thereKristen from United States – 2 July 2024 (9/10)
Location is perfect. Love the view. Very cozy and comfortable.
What could be improved: A lot of instructions to get into property and garage- much easier with more than one person. The separate fee to use the parking spot.Calvin from United States – 29 May 2024 (9/10)
It was close to everything that we wanted to do and see. The view from the room and balcony were fantastic.
