The Wi-Fi actually works reliably, which isn’t always a given at this price point. I also noticed they’ve thought about the little things, like having enough outlets near the bed for your devices and decent water pressure in the shower. It’s not fancy, but everything functions the way it should. The check-in process was smooth too, without any of those awkward key-pickup situations you sometimes get with smaller properties.

  The stay was fantastic. There was a lot more space inside than initially anticipated, and there were provided board games, TV, and facilities. There is a small outdoor area outback and remote controlled AC units in just about every room in the house.
  
  What could be improved: The location is a little out-of-the-way but there are still some nice locations downtown directly nearby. It is about 10-30 minutes from the city depending on traffic. Otherwise there are great places to eat, and some run-of-the-mill convenience stores directly outside.

  The lounge & kitchen area was comfortable with good provisions, good lighting.

  What could be improved: Very minimal curtain coverage over the windows. Bed comfort was average.
  
  I reserved and paid several days before we flew into Seattle but heard nothing back from booking.com to tell us where to collect the keys, despite emailing the property owner twice. Even after we landed there was nothing. I had to ring the property owner but no answer, although he later rang while I was talking to booking.com.
  
  Having an email from booking.com to say that they only reserve the property, it is our responsibility to contact the property owner, is very disappointing. It seems thst you were willing to take the money but not the responsibility.
