Warwick Seattle Overview
First Impressions
Walking into the Warwick Seattle, you immediately get that “this is why I came to the Pacific Northwest” feeling. The lobby has this understated elegance that doesn’t try too hard — think modern Pacific Northwest meets classic American hotel, with just enough wood and stone to remind you where you are. It’s a four-star property that actually feels like one, which honestly isn’t always a given these days.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about Belltown — it’s where Seattle locals actually hang out, not just the tourist spots. You’re literally steps from Pike Place Market (but far enough away to avoid the crowds when you want to), and the waterfront is an easy stroll downhill. What I love is that you can walk to pretty much everything worth seeing, from the Space Needle to the art museums, without dealing with Seattle’s notoriously tricky parking situation elsewhere. The hotel sits right on Lenora Street, which means you’re in the thick of things but not drowning in foot traffic.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in had those floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you’re floating above the city — and honestly, the views are what you came for. You know what surprised me? The beds are actually comfortable, not just hotel-comfortable. The bathrooms are well-designed too, with good water pressure (which matters more than you think after a day of walking Seattle’s hills). There’s enough space to spread out without feeling like you’re camping in a closet, which can be rare in downtown hotels.
Dining & Amenities
The on-site restaurant serves solid Pacific Northwest fare — I mean, you’re not going to write home about it, but it’s convenient when you’re tired and don’t want to venture out into Seattle’s unpredictable weather. What I actually appreciated more was the fitness center, which has decent equipment and stays open late. The hotel also has meeting spaces that don’t feel like generic conference rooms, if you’re traveling for business. There’s a well-equipped business center available for guests who need to stay connected during their stay.
Why Guests Love It
Look, couples especially seem to get this place — there’s something about the combination of urban energy and Pacific Northwest calm that works for romantic getaways. The staff knows the neighborhood well enough to give you real recommendations, not just the obvious tourist stuff. Plus, when you factor in that location score and the fact that you can actually park here without selling a kidney, it starts to make a lot of sense. It’s one of those hotels where you feel like you’re staying in Seattle, not just visiting it. The overall experience makes it a standout choice for travelers seeking authentic Pacific Northwest hospitality.
Hotels in Seattle ring Pike Place alleyways, techy waterfronts, and coffee-scented lanes.

The location was very convenient and walking distance to a lot of places! The staff was friendly as well.
What could be improved: The property was old and the room needed modern upgrades. First of all, there’s no outlet available near the bed and the one next to the bed didn’t work at all!! I didn’t see an outlet near the table or the desk area either. The lights don’t have main control system and had to walk around everywhere to turn on and off.Zhujun from China – 4 May 2025 (9/10)
The location is excellent for all the places in downtown. Also you can take buses nearby. Breakfast was good and waiters are really nice.
What could be improved: The water tap is rather tight that you need a strong twist. And the sink is kind of slow.Olga from Australia – 3 May 2025 (9/10)

I loved the room and its view. The bed and pillows were soft and the room was clean. Location is fantastic, easy walk to Pike’s Place and the light rail.
What could be improved: The hot tub was slightly warm, definitely not hot. It had very poor circulation: 1ft all along the perimeter of the tub were stagnant brown bubbles that did not move. Usually the part I most look forward to in a hotel, so it was a bummer that it was so gross.Karen from United States – 14 April 2025 (8/10)
Older hotel that was renovated in the last few years so has a modern feel to it. Lobby, reception and general areas are all clean and well-maintained. Rooms have sliding doors that open to small balconies. It is centrally located between Pike Place Market and the Space needle – both 5-10 mins walk. Monorail, light rail and Westlake Mall all nearby. Lots of restaurants around.
Initially we were given room 1810 at check-in – which is a city view. Room was clean and spacious. Sometime during the first night, a leak developed in the bathroom from within the ceiling. We woke to find it was actively dripping in the shower stall and had run down the wall near the sink, flooding the countertop. We immediately called the front desk. We were told it was probably A/C related and they would send an engineer up to check it out. After several visits from their staff, it was determined that the leak could not be fixed without disrupting us so the manager quickly made accommodations for us in another room across the hall in Room 1813. This room was the same floor plan we had, however the view was of the Space Needle and partial sea views – a much nicer view than what we had. So we appreciated the “upgrade” and the manager making things right with us.
We had breakfast downstairs at their restaurant, Brasserie Margaux, on our last day. Trish was our waitress and was bubbly, very knowledgeable and super attentive. Prices were reasonable and good food portions.
Overall, the stay was really good. We realize things like leaks happen, however, how it was handled and then quickly resolved without hassle – speaks volumes their excellent customer service. Will definitely stay again.Cms_ba from Argentina – 28 March 2025 (8/10)
We had given notice of arriving before noon and rooms were ready. they were clean, good provision of coffee and tea, comfortable, great hot water at the shower. The location was great to walk to the Space Needle, Pike street and Pike Place Market. It is 4 blocks away from the Light Rail station to reach the airport.
