  The convenience to downtown
  
  What could be improved: When booking this property was a little bit, deceiving in that there was a lot more steps inside than I anticipated. There were light fixtures that were hanging with missing bulbs from the ceiling, the heater did not work. You had to turn it off because it ran the whole timeand the biggest was that I booked this for parking only to find out the day that we arrived that it was first come first serve that is not how they advertised it.

  Couch was incredibly uncomfortable. Smart TV was NOT very smart. Didn't work until new remote came (last night there) and then I had to set up the TV myself. Which every single button pressed was lagging. Kitchen drawers were a bit dirty in the corners. The oven smoked Soooo much while baking a pizza, had to open the windows and have the fan on. Fan in living room didn't work. Thank goodness the fan in the upper bedroom did. Heater (dial) on bottom floor is broken. Had to fidget with it to get it to stay turned off. It was blazing hot down there and into the upper levels. The codes given to me didn't work. It was weird. Then the last day my kid tried my code again and it worked. Good thing they had a key in a padlock outside.

  But so many things with the house was just not it. It was a great price tho! And it was cute. But I would Never in my life get a home with that many steps (inside and outside the home).

  Comfortable and easy to navigate. No problems with anything, hot water, tea available, and parking was fairly easy. There was a problem with the smart door locked before we arrived and they reached out with a solution and smoothed everything over before we even arrived so there was no fuss on my part. Great service and quick response when needed.
