2BR Downtown Convention Center Near Attractions Overview

First Impressions

Walking into 2BR Downtown Convention Center Near Attractions, you immediately get that “this is actually someone’s place” feeling rather than the sterile hotel vibe. It’s a four-star property that honestly feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s apartment in the heart of Seattle. The building itself sits right on Hubbell Place, and I mean right in the thick of everything — you can practically feel the city’s energy from the moment you step inside.

Location That Actually Matters

Here’s the thing about this place’s location — it’s not just downtown, it’s downtown done right. You’re literally steps from Pike Place Market, which means you can grab fresh coffee and pastries without dealing with tourist bus crowds if you time it right. The Convention Center is obviously right there (hence the name), but what I really loved was how easy it was to walk to places like the waterfront or even catch a game at T-Mobile Park. That 9.3 location score isn’t just marketing fluff — couples especially seem to get it, probably because you can actually walk to dinner and drinks without needing rideshares every time.

The Space Itself

The two-bedroom setup works really well, especially if you’re traveling with another couple or need some actual space to spread out. Each room feels thoughtfully designed rather than just furnished, and there’s enough storage that you’re not living out of suitcases the whole time. The kitchen is probably the standout feature — it’s actually functional, not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation. I ended up cooking breakfast a couple times because, honestly, it was nicer than going out every morning, and you can stock up on local ingredients from the market nearby.

Practical Perks

Let me tell you about the parking situation, because in Seattle, this is huge. Having private parking on-site means you’re not circling blocks looking for street spots or paying $30+ at nearby garages. It’s one of those things you don’t think about until you need it, then you’re incredibly grateful. The whole building feels secure too — not in an over-the-top way, just well-managed and maintained. WiFi actually works properly throughout the space, which shouldn’t be noteworthy but somehow still is in 2024.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how it balances that urban energy with actual comfort. You’re not sacrificing space or amenities to be in the center of everything — you’re getting both. The fact that couples rate it so highly tells you something about the vibe; it’s intimate enough for a romantic getaway but practical enough that you’re not constantly compromising. Whether you’re in town for business at the Convention Center or just want to explore Seattle properly, you’ll find yourself coming back to a space that feels like home rather than just a place to sleep.

Reviews of 2BR Downtown Convention Center Near Attractions

  • Katie from Australia – 20 April 2025 (7/10)

The location was as expected and the apartment, once inside, was comfortable.

What could be improved: There were issues with the parking remote that were pretty inconvenient. It’s like an Airbnb with a paid ‘host’ which is fine if that’s what you are expecting. The apartment is in a semi-residential block and there was a room nearby that must have had a massive pot session going on because the skunk stink was seriously strong as you got out of the lift and walked down the corridor. That was a bit off putting.

  • Steven from United States – 23 March 2025 (8/10)

Pros: great location! If you don’t mind hills, you can walk to Pike Market(.6mi), Space Needle(1/2), ferries(1.5), grocery(.1) for example.
    Condo was clean and comfortable.
Perfect space for family of 4.

What could be improved: Check in was difficult. Told had to give exact time showing up which is hard when traveling with flight delays and rental cars. Then day of when trying to arrange we were told they didn’t have to be there when we arrived but very difficult getting specifics about how to get into building and garage.
The dryer takes forever to dry.
If someone in family has allergy to smoke may want to look elsewhere. The condo was clean and smoke free but the hallway between elevator and condo constantly smelled of smoke.

  • Thuy from Canada – 12 November 2024 (9/10)

    Nice and clean!
    Central location!
    Easy check in/out
    Great communication!

  • Jan from United States – 19 April 2024 (8/10)

    Clean inside, fairly Quiet

What could be improved: No outlet in BR.. more comfortable seating

  • Leonora from United Kingdom – 21 September 2023 (9/10)

Very well equipped, great location and good comms. Loved the roof terrace. Comfy beds.

  • Amhiggins from United States – 11 May 2023 (9/10)

The location was perfect for Convention Center access and Rafael, the host contact, went out of his way to be helpful.
    Internet is kickass fast….

What could be improved: The shower was leaking and continually running the whole time I was there. It was meant to have been fixed but the the building maintenance never showed up. I don’t think this is an issue of the actual operators but rather the building maintenance dropping the ball. It didn’t really affect my stay as the shower did work fine and I just kept the bathroom door shut so the constant running water didn’t bother me.

  • Declan from Ireland – 18 January 2023 (9/10)

This is a lovely apartment within walking distance of Pike Place market and the Seattle Aquarium. The apartment is clean, spacious and perfect for 4 people. There is a lovely sitting room with board games and books and a separate kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer which works very well. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms are very spacious. There is a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner from the apartment where we had a lovely meal. We would not hesitate to book this apartment again should we return to Seattle in the future.

  • David from United Kingdom – 4 October 2022 (8/10)

Light bright and clean, great location for the local amenities too. The accommodation had wonderful attention to detail in every room, and we enjoyed our stay

What could be improved: Although there was a slight delay on our arrival, the owner and manager soon had everything in place for me and the family, thanks to Nick for sorting it all out.

  • Lisa from Australia – 24 September 2022 (9/10)

    location. clean and comfy

What could be improved: no glasses for drinking – unless you were having wine or martinis

  • Michael from Germany – 30 August 2022 (9/10)

Great Apartment. Very forthcoming contact person. What always come back! Sorry that i had mistankingly put in wrong feedback before !!
