Seattle Home with 2 bedrooms a King bed Queen bed and an Extra Sofa Bed Located 10 minutes from SeaTac Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown Overview
First Impressions
The Seattle Home with 2 bedrooms a King bed Queen bed and an Extra Sofa Bed Located 10 minutes from SeaTac Airport and 20 minutes from Downtown isn’t your typical hotel — it’s actually a residential home that’s been converted into guest accommodations, and honestly, that’s what makes it special. When I first pulled up to 4836 South Gazelle Street, I was struck by how normal and welcoming the neighborhood felt. This four-star property sits in a quiet residential area that feels authentically Seattle, away from the tourist crowds but still incredibly accessible.
The Space and Layout
What you’re getting here is essentially an entire home experience, which is perfect if you’re traveling with family or friends. The two-bedroom setup works brilliantly — one room has a king bed that’s genuinely comfortable (I mean, hotel beds can be hit or miss, but this one actually lets you sleep), while the other features a queen bed. The extra sofa bed in the living area is a nice touch, though I’d say it’s better suited for kids or someone who doesn’t mind a firmer sleeping surface. The layout flows well, and there’s enough space that you don’t feel like you’re stepping on each other’s toes.
Location Benefits
Here’s where this place really shines — the location is genuinely practical. Ten minutes from SeaTac means you’re not dealing with those awful early morning rushes to catch flights, and twenty minutes to downtown Seattle is totally doable, especially with your own transportation. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe, which couples seem to particularly appreciate based on the feedback I’ve seen. You know what’s great? There’s parking right on site, which anyone who’s tried to park in Seattle proper will tell you is worth its weight in gold.
Practical Amenities
The free private parking situation is honestly a game-changer — you pull up, park, and you’re done. No circling blocks, no paying ridiculous daily rates downtown. The home setup means you get more space than a traditional hotel room, plus there’s a lived-in comfort that feels welcoming rather than sterile. The 8.7 rating makes sense when you consider what you’re getting for the price point — it’s not trying to be fancy, but it delivers on the basics really well.
Why Guests Love It
This place works particularly well for couples who want a home base that’s both practical and comfortable. You get the privacy of your own space without the hotel hallway noise, plus the flexibility to come and go as you please. The residential setting means you’re experiencing Seattle more like a local would, rather than being stuck in the tourist bubble downtown. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax and spread out your stuff, which — let’s be honest — is exactly what you want after a long day of exploring the city or dealing with travel.

Highly worth the price
What could be improved: Nothing to noteHeather from United States – 12 November 2024 (9/10)
I was visiting Seattle & Tacoma for the first time and this was a great safe, central location between the two cities. Easy access to the freeways and close to a grocery store, the airport and a few areas for shopping & dining.
The beds were super comfortable & rooms quite spacious. The area & place itself was quiet, clean and overall a great size for three people. The bathroom was clean and had a few basic items in case you forgot them.
What could be improved: The futon wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. It was kind of out in the middle of the room. No end table to put your stuff on, kinda far from an outlet without being moved over.
We got in kinda late and would’ve loved a little welcome basket of basic snacks and bottled water, even. There was filtered water in a pitcher in the fridge. The kitchen had everything you need to cook except actual food.
Lastly, I’d put a sign in front of the stairs for no one to park in front of them. We had to carefully maneuver around this other car and carry our bags up the stairs in the rain. Would’ve been nice to have a clear path.Tyler from United States – 15 October 2024 (9/10)
Great location for easy access to the airport and downtown Seattle. We stayed for a night prior to our flights home and it was a great location to rest up and explore the city!

Not far from the airport and close to all highways, it was nice to be able to settle down in the evening as a family and not worry about being separated at night it felt much safer. The house had everything we needed and a lot more too.
What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike but I will say I would have liked a list of recycled items we could put into the bin as at home in the uk there are things you can put in and some not.Brian from Canada – 23 July 2024 (9/10)

This adorable house was perfect for three of us to stay for our sorority alumnae event in Seattle. Two of us had the bedrooms and one had the sleeper couch. The place was clean and well stocked. Very comfortable and quiet.
What could be improved: The only complaint is that the pocket door to the bathroom would get stuck and it was hard to open and close. Other than that, it was a great place.Marharyta from United States – 29 April 2024 (7/10)
A lot of features in tge kitchen. Good location. Fine design.
What could be improved: Wasn't really clean. Also I found some night butterflies, I'm really afraid of them, so it was terrible…
