Free Parking – City Views – Near Attractions Overview

First Impressions

When I first walked into Free Parking – City Views – Near Attractions, I’ll be honest — the name doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, but it tells you everything you need to know upfront. This four-star property in Queen Anne gets straight to the point about what matters most to travelers: you won’t pay extra for parking, you’ll actually have views worth looking at, and you can walk to the good stuff. The lobby feels modern without trying too hard, and the staff genuinely seemed happy to see guests — not something you can say about every place in Seattle.

The Queen Anne Advantage

You know what’s great about staying in Queen Anne? You’re close enough to downtown that you can see the Space Needle from your window, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the Pike Place Market crowds every time you step outside. I mean, the location really is something special here — recent guests rated it 9.7, and after spending a few days in the area, I get why. You can walk to Seattle Center in about ten minutes, catch the monorail downtown, or just wander through the neighborhood’s tree-lined streets. There’s this little coffee shop called Victrola just a few blocks away that locals actually go to, which is always a good sign.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in (403, actually) had those city views the name promises — and they delivered. From the living area, you get this nice panoramic look at the Seattle skyline, especially pretty at sunset when the light hits the buildings just right. The space feels more like a well-designed apartment than a typical hotel room, with a separate seating area and a kitchenette that’s actually functional. I appreciated having a real refrigerator and a decent coffee maker — small things that make a difference when you’re staying more than a night or two.

Practical Perks That Matter

Let’s talk about that free parking situation because, honestly, it’s a game-changer in Seattle. Most downtown hotels charge $30-40 a night for parking, so having a secure spot included in your rate saves real money. The parking garage is right on-site, which means you’re not walking three blocks in the rain with your luggage. The whole setup just works smoothly — you pull up, they give you a key card, and you’re done. It’s the kind of thing that seems obvious until you’ve stayed at places where it’s complicated.

Why Guests Love It

What really stands out is how this place seems designed for couples — the location feedback mentioned that pairs especially love it here, and I can see why. The restaurant scene in Queen Anne is perfect for date nights, the views from the room create that romantic Seattle vibe, and having your own space with a kitchen means you can grab groceries at the nearby Whole Foods and have breakfast together without rushing to a hotel dining room. Plus, when you want to explore, you’re positioned perfectly to hit Pike Place, the waterfront, or even take a day trip to the islands. It’s one of those places where the practical stuff works so well that you can focus on actually enjoying Seattle.

Troy & Andrea communicate brilliantly. Close to supermarket and a few bars & restaurants zbd only 8 minutes walk to the Space Needle & Monorail to downtown

What could be improved: Can be nosey at night. Nit just car noises but it seems some delinquents use the area to drag race. Noisy drinks at early hours.
