You’re right in the heart of Bellevue’s downtown core here, which means you can actually walk to decent restaurants and shopping without getting back in your car. The four-star rating feels spot-on — it’s definitely upscale, but not trying too hard to impress you with unnecessary flourishes.

Location & Getting Around

Here’s what I love about this spot: you’re literally steps from Bellevue Square and all those high-end shops, but you’re also close enough to hop over to Seattle if you want. The couples who stay here clearly get it — there’s something nice about being in Bellevue’s quieter, more manageable downtown instead of dealing with the chaos across the water. Parking is available right at the hotel, which honestly saves you a huge headache if you’re driving around the Puget Sound area. I mean, trying to park in downtown Seattle can be a nightmare, so having that sorted here is actually a big deal.

The Rooms

The beds here are genuinely excellent — and I’m someone who usually has trouble sleeping in hotels. There’s something about the mattresses and pillows that just works, you know? The rooms themselves are what you’d expect from a solid four-star property: clean lines, comfortable seating area, and windows that actually open (which is rarer than it should be). The bathrooms are well-designed with good water pressure, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. Nothing revolutionary, but everything done right.

Breakfast & Dining

The breakfast setup is pretty comprehensive — they do both American classics and a buffet spread that covers most bases. I actually appreciated having real options beyond the usual continental breakfast situation you get at a lot of places. The coffee is decent (though if you’re a serious coffee person, you’ll want to venture out to one of Bellevue’s local spots), and they keep everything well-stocked even during busy morning rushes. It’s the kind of breakfast where you can fuel up properly whether you’re heading into meetings or planning to explore the area.
