Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Seattle! Overview

First Impressions

Walking into Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Seattle! honestly feels like stepping into a friend’s well-appointed city pad rather than a typical hotel room. This three-star property sits right on Vine Street in Belltown, and I mean right in the thick of things — you can practically feel the city’s pulse from the windows. The building itself has that modern Seattle vibe without being too flashy, and there’s something refreshing about having your own space instead of just another cookie-cutter hotel room.

Location & Neighborhood

You know what really struck me about this place? The location score of 9.2 isn’t just marketing fluff — it’s actually earned. Belltown is where Seattle gets interesting, with Pike Place Market just a few blocks away and the waterfront practically at your doorstep. I found myself walking everywhere instead of dealing with rideshares, which honestly saved me a ton of money. The neighborhood has this perfect mix of locals grabbing coffee and tourists exploring, so you never feel like you’re stuck in a tourist bubble. Plus, couples seem to really dig the area — they’ve rated it 8.3, and I can see why with all the intimate wine bars and date-night spots within walking distance.

The Space

The condo itself is surprisingly spacious for downtown Seattle standards. The bedroom actually feels like a bedroom, not some cramped afterthought, and the living area gives you room to spread out after a day of exploring. What I really appreciated was having a proper kitchen — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but actual counter space and appliances. It’s perfect for grabbing fresh ingredients from Pike Place and cooking something simple instead of eating out every meal. The whole setup feels lived-in rather than sterile, which makes a huge difference when you’re staying for more than just a night or two.

Practical Perks

Here’s something that’ll save you headaches — they actually have free private parking on site. If you’ve ever tried to park in Belltown, you know this is basically like finding gold. Most places around here either don’t have parking at all or charge you an arm and a leg for it. The fact that you can just pull up and park without circling the block for twenty minutes is honestly worth mentioning in your travel plans. It’s one of those practical details that makes the whole experience smoother, especially if you’re planning day trips outside the city.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is how it strikes that sweet spot between being in the center of everything and actually feeling like home. You’re not paying five-star prices, but you’re getting the independence and space that most travelers actually want. The 7.4 rating reflects what I experienced — it’s solid, comfortable, and well-located without any major surprises. For couples especially, there’s something nice about having your own space to retreat to after exploring the city, and the Belltown location means you can walk to dinner and drinks without planning your whole evening around transportation.

Reviews of Lovely 1 Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Seattle!

  • Payton from United States – 7 March 2025 (7/10)

The view from the roof top was amazing. The location is also great if you’d like to explore around pike place, the space needle, or have a concert at climate pledge arena. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom were pretty nice as well.

What could be improved: I had seen reviews talking about how ridiculously small the parking garage parking spots are but I drive a small hatchback and I’m pretty small so I didn’t think it would be a problem… when parked I couldn’t even open my door. I had to crawl out of the passenger side door after parking. There are other parking options because the neighborhood has quite a bit of street parking.
One of the elevators wasn’t working so the elevator rides did get pretty backed up.
I’m also not sure if they remodeled the bedroom or if the pictures are from a different room but the door to the bedroom hit the bed and was about as cramped as the parking garage.

  • Lynette from Australia – 13 August 2024 (8/10)

    Not applicable

What could be improved: Booking.com did not provide the code we needed to get in. We had to find the owners phone number and call her for access. Couldn't work out how to use the sofa bed

  • Michael from United States – 8 June 2024 (7/10)

    Convenient area.

What could be improved: Elevator not functioning. One working but hard to get on. Took stairs most the time.

  • David from United Kingdom – 4 June 2024 (8/10)

Location and view and amenities in the room

What could be improved: Garage door system and qccess forthe car and the beds

  • Karen from Canada – 25 May 2024 (7/10)

Roof top deck and view of the Space Needle was amazing!

What could be improved: Bedroom was cramped. Just a den with curtains.

  • Carey from United States – 17 June 2023 (7/10)

Great location! Free Parking is a huge plus in Seattle!. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Washing machine was really appreciated.

What could be improved: Bedroom was extremely tight. Couldn't change the thermostat, so it really got a bit warm one night. Kitchen amenities very spartan – need a cutting board, serrated knife, sponge/washcloth.

Checkin was "a process"…1 code to get in the front door of the building. Then an app needed to get in the apartment door. That said, Hermant was very responsive and we managed to get in OK. It was just a bit of "a process", after we'd been on the road all day.

  • Krysty from United States – 21 May 2023 (7/10)

great location. Parking included. rooftop with great views.

What could be improved: very hot/stuffy inside and AC not very powerful

  • Dawnlea from United States – 22 March 2023 (7/10)

The location is great. The condo is as advertised.

What could be improved: The parking garage is a joke. Only smart cars could fit in those spots.

  • Mcgee from United States – 3 November 2022 (6/10)

    good location.

What could be improved: fire alarm went off in the morning. could not find the parking garage easily.

  • Julie from Australia – 12 June 2022 (8/10)

Most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. Amenities we're good. Accessible bathroom with some accessories (shampoo/conditioner).

What could be improved: The key collection was a bit complicated despite efforts to walk one through.
Parking was too tight for my normal size car so couldn't park there easily.
