    The place is big and in a quiet neighborhood. Important the place is very clean and the bed really comfy.

    What could be improved: If really need to pick a thing to be negative, that will be the parking lot. The parking in this apartments area was too narrow, not very friendly for big car.

    The space was great and conveniently located for what we needed. The building was well maintained and we were able to do everything with ease. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with main items and also had a few seasonings and oil and whatnot to help with cooking at home.

    What could be improved: The parking space is a bit tight so having a larger car would have been difficult. There were a few items that didn’t work like the fireplace and a plug in the bedroom. This really wasn’t an issue for us but just something to consider.

    I had a delightful two-night stay at this apartment with my dog, and everything was exactly as listed—very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials for both short and extended stays.

    The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with basic seasonings, coffee, a variety of pots and pans, and dinnerware, making meal prep easy. The bed was comfortable, and the overall space felt cozy yet functional. Security was excellent, which provided peace of mind.

    One thing to note: there was no prior disclosure about the number of stairs. If you’re traveling with heavy or multiple pieces of luggage, this could be a challenge since there’s no elevator. It would have been helpful to know this in advance. Because of this, I’d rate my stay 9 out of 10 instead of a perfect score. Otherwise, everything was fantastic!

    Great place for dogs, too! There are multiple dog poop stations on the premises, and the residential neighborhood has plenty of space for walks, along with nearby park areas. The neighbors were friendly, making the atmosphere even more welcoming.

    The location was convenient, just a short drive to stores and shops—Home Depot is right behind the building, and I easily found a UPS and AT&T store nearby. While not within walking distance, everything was just a quick drive away. Parking was also easy to find.

    Food delivery is possible, though due to the security setup, you may need to step outside the gate to meet the driver downstairs.

    Overall, this was a great, secure, and pet-friendly stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-equipped and comfortable place in the area!

    The property was super clean, exactly as described
    Excellent communication with the property management company
    The condo as a fully working kitchen with appliances, also some spices, oils, etc available for new guests. The washing machine/dryer makes it perfect for longer stays as well.

    What could be improved: The parking spot is very close to the entrance but only useful for a small (regular) car; our SUV did fit but only with a 2 inch gap on either side. It’s not the owner’s fault, since that’s the spot it’s coming with. The good news is there is free parking just outside of the condo complex and we were fine.
    The condo is located on the 3rd floor; there is no elevator. Just good to know for anyone having difficulties with stairs.

    Easy self check in. With parking spot and gym. Clean apartment especially the floor. Kitchen is equipped with almost everything that you would need.

    What could be improved: Not the best location… but still convenient. It smells a bit off in the bedroom. I would suggest the cleaning crew to wash the blanket more regularly. No ac like most apartments in Seattle but there’s a fan just in case. Wasn’t a problem during my stay in April.
