  Spacious apartment looking out onto the garden. Full amenities including washer and dryer. Great kitchen facilities. Very clean. Garage parking. Secure building. Across from Safeway. Responsive host.

  The apartment was cute and comfortable. The location is convenient, and the area is surprisingly quiet given the busy supermarket nearby. I would absolutely stay here again. In fact, I would’ve added a few days if someone hadn’t already reserved for the weekend. Definitely check out the rooftop while you’re there!
  
  What could be improved: The parking spaces are very small, so if you are a larger person, you may have some challenge there. Otherwise, this was a fantastic place to stay!

  Very nice apartment in a good location with access to bus line! On site parking saved us a lot of money. Enjoyed the rooftop and room patios. Staff were very helpful. Could use better lighting and more comfortable furniture in the living room, and the bowls etc on the top kitchen shelf were way too high for me to reach.

  Very clean cosy and it had everything we needed.
  The host was responsive and he assisted us in getting in when we had trouble with the access code.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing missing was a lock from inside the main door. Anyone who knows the code could have entered while we were there.

  We were totally impressed with all of the amenities at the apartment. It was more than we expected. Very clean and everything you could possibly need to run a home.
  
  What could be improved: There was a portable air conditioner that had a hose that went through the wall with a seal around the hose. However the seal was torn off the hose and cold air came into the sitting area of the living room through the hole for the hose vent.

  The apartment was super cozy, had all that we needed. Safeway is right across the street. Quiet Neighborhood, close to Capitol Hill and the Arboretum.

  The super clean rooms, kitchen stocked with all the cookware and utensils I needed. Really loved having a washer and dryer in the apartment with laundry detergent provided. I forgot to bring an umbrella but when rain was forecasted, I found an umbrella in the closet. Simple departure text instructions sent the day before checkout. Super quiet and clean apartment building. Grocery store right across the street. Free parking on site. Walkable neighborhood. Lots of great coffee shops in walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: The $114 cleaning fee. When I received the offer from Booking.com. I thought for sure that the deal was a waived cleaning fee which is why I buy the deal only to learn that Booking only gave me a $47 discount.

  The apartment was beautiful and the host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The location was great, there was a safeway across the street which was nice.
  
  What could be improved: the only problem was that the property didn’t have any AC, but the fans provided were great. it was very hot during the time we were there.
