What I really appreciated was how thoughtfully everything was set up. There’s parking included, which honestly is worth mentioning because street parking in this area can be a bit of a hunt. The kitchen is actually functional — not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation, but a real space where you could make breakfast or heat up leftovers from one of the nearby restaurants. The Wi-Fi works well (I tested it thoroughly), and there are enough outlets in useful places. Small things, but they add up when you’re staying somewhere for more than just sleeping.

  2 blocks from 45th in Wallingford, 15 minute walk to Green Lake, Easy Uber to U District.
  very clean—- showers all setup with soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, etc.
  
  The roof deck was WONDERFUL. Fantastic place to debrief at the end of each day and catch up with friends. With the roof deck there are basically 4 levels of living: LR/Dining/Kitchen on 1, 2 bedrooms and batch on floors 2 and 3 (4 BR total), and roof decks with area to hangout and BBQ, and no bathroom on the ground floor. Just heads up for elderly or handicapped guests.
  
  What could be improved: Took a bit of time to figure out the TV— a super short note to hit the left arrow button to activate the ability to select streaming apps would be helpful. No big deal—– just sharing for the next person.

  Great location and a nice, clean property.
  Had basic amenities you’d need.
  Loved the rooftop patio with views of the Space needle! Nice gas grill. Location is in such a cute neighborhood.

  The place was very comfortable, furnished to high standards, with nice treats like drinks in rhe fridge and chocolate. We loved the roof terrace and the barbecue!
