Queen Anne Abode – 1 Block from CPA! – Free Parking! Overview
First Impressions
The Queen Anne Abode – 1 Block from CPA! – Free Parking! sits right in the heart of one of Seattle’s most charming neighborhoods, and honestly, the location alone makes this four-star spot worth considering. I mean, you’re literally a block from the Center for Performing Arts — you can practically roll out of bed and catch a show. The building itself has that classic Seattle vibe, nothing too flashy, but there’s something genuinely welcoming about walking up to this place after a long day of exploring the city.
The Queen Anne Advantage
What really struck me about staying here is how perfectly positioned you are for everything Seattle has to offer. Queen Anne is one of those neighborhoods that locals actually love — it’s not just a tourist trap. You’ve got the Space Needle practically in your backyard, but you’re also close enough to walk down to Pike Place Market when you want that authentic Seattle experience. The parking situation is honestly a game-changer here — anyone who’s tried to find a spot in downtown Seattle knows what I’m talking about. Having that stress completely eliminated makes your whole trip smoother.
Your Home Base
The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. There’s a proper kitchen setup that actually works if you want to grab some fresh salmon from Pike Place and cook it yourself — though honestly, with all the incredible restaurants around here, you might not use it much. The space has been thoughtfully arranged, and you can tell someone put real effort into making it comfortable rather than just functional. The windows give you glimpses of the neighborhood that remind you you’re staying somewhere real people actually live.
Exploring the Neighborhood
One thing I really appreciated is how walkable everything is from here. You know what’s great? You can stroll over to Kerry Park for those postcard views of the city skyline, or head the other direction toward South Lake Union where all the tech companies are buzzing. There’s this little restaurant scene developing right in Queen Anne that’s worth exploring — places that haven’t made it into every guidebook yet but serve food that’ll make you understand why Seattle’s culinary reputation keeps growing. The whole area feels like it’s got this perfect balance between residential calm and urban energy.
Why Guests Love It
The numbers don’t lie — couples especially seem to fall for this place, and I can see why. There’s something romantic about having your own little Seattle hideaway where you can actually relax between adventures. The fact that recent guests rated the location so highly tells you everything you need to know about how well-positioned this place is. You’re not fighting crowds every time you step outside, but you’re also not stuck in some remote corner wondering how to get anywhere interesting. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing the real Seattle while still having easy access to all the must-see spots.

Enjoyed our stay. Host Brandon was great with communication. Easy to follow check in. Pictures are just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, safe and location was perfect! The bathroom fan is loud and stays on continuously but with the door shut after a while it’s just like white noise.

Brandon was terrific to communicate with and his place is awesome. His place is super comfortable, with lots of light, very spacious. The rooftop alone was magnificent. Right near Space Needle, IMAX, Museum of Pop Culture and much more. Will be back & highly recommend.

Overall the unit was very neat & clean, towels were clean, soft and smelled great, bed & pillows very comfortable, clean, smelled good, great location, short walk to space needle, waterfront, close to freeways,
What could be improved: Street parking was difficult but understandable because it’s the memorial weekend.
