  I loved the hotel itself, the room, the amenities and the staff were all amazing. I was double charged a few times is my only concern and haven’t seen the refund yet.

  The staff was able to accommodate us early and Valerie was very helpful about Restaurants and grocery stores nearby and pulled them up on her phone to show me how to find them online.

  What could be improved: We thought breakfast was included, it wasn’t. It was available, but we had to pay. It’s only discouraging because the ad said breakfast included.

  The hotel setting was pleasing. It was extremely quiet. The room was large enough for three of us to move around in. Beds were comfortable. Parking was close to our room.
  
  What could be improved: The bathroom had virtually no counter space for toiletries for three people while there was a very large wasted space between the toilet and the bathtub.
