Tranquil 2BR downtown condo, Parking, King bed Overview
First Impressions
Walking into Tranquil 2BR downtown condo, Parking, King bed, you immediately get that “home away from home” feeling that’s honestly pretty rare in Seattle. This four-star property sits right on Hubbell Place, and I mean right in the thick of everything downtown — you can practically feel the city’s pulse from your window. The fact that it scored a 9.6 for location tells you everything you need to know about how perfectly positioned this place is.
The Space That Works
The two-bedroom setup is actually brilliant for couples or small groups who want space to spread out without feeling like they’re rattling around in something too big. The king bed dominates the master bedroom in the best possible way — we’re talking proper comfort here, not some cramped hotel room situation. What really caught my attention was how the apartment flows naturally from living area to bedroom, with enough separation that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other. The kitchen isn’t just for show either; it’s got everything you need if you want to skip the restaurant scene for a night or two.
Location Magic
Here’s what I love about staying right downtown — you’re walking distance from Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and honestly most of what makes Seattle worth visiting. The location feedback mentions couples rating it highly, and I totally get why. There’s something romantic about being able to stroll to dinner at one of the nearby spots, then walk back through the city lights. You know what’s even better? You don’t have to stress about finding parking because it’s included on-site, which is basically like finding gold in downtown Seattle.
Why It Actually Delivers
The 8.4 rating feels spot-on to me — this isn’t trying to be some fancy hotel experience, but it delivers exactly what it promises. The tranquil part of the name might seem ironic given the downtown location, but the space genuinely feels like a calm retreat once you’re inside. I mean, you get the energy of the city right outside your door, but you also have a proper living space where you can actually relax. The fact that couples specifically love this place makes sense when you consider you’re getting privacy, comfort, and that unbeatable location all rolled into one.
Why Guests Love It
What sets this condo apart is how it solves the usual downtown dilemma — you want to be in the heart of everything, but you also want space and comfort that feels authentic. The free parking alone saves you probably $30-40 a night compared to most downtown options, and that king bed means you’re actually going to sleep well after a day of exploring the city. It’s the kind of place where you can grab coffee and pastries from Pike Place in the morning, spend the day wandering Seattle’s neighborhoods, then come back to a real living space where you can cook dinner or just sprawl out and plan tomorrow’s adventures.
To book a hotel in Seattle during cherry blossom season, visitors mix UW quad strolls with ferry sunset sails.

Spacious apartment, handy lock up parking and located within reasonable walking distance to many attractions.
What could be improved: Occasionally would get some odours of smokers nearby.Cheryl from Canada – 2 October 2024 (9/10)
Location was amazing!
The unit was well equipped and nicely furnished – felt like a home.
The beds were super comfortable too!!
Having secure parking is a real treat in Seattle – and this place has it!!!!James from Australia – 30 September 2024 (6/10)
Everything about this apartment except the bathroom was great.
Access was easy with in-depth instructions provided in advance. The wifi was free and fast. The kitchen was well equipped. The loungeroom was comfortable and we had a washer and dryer which was fantastic.
The loungerooms and each of the bedrooms had an air-conditioner plus there were windows that you could open for fresh air. Both bedrooms also had a fan. The beds were very comfortable.
Although the location is a bit out of the way, it is within walking distance to all of the main attractions.
What could be improved: The bathroom was small and dated and the shower was tiny. Prior to staying here we had been on two cruises and one of the cruise ships had a more comfortable shower than this apartment! Not only was the shower incredibly narrow but the showerhead only came to my chin. Had the showerhead been detachable or even slightly manoeuvrable I could have coped, but it was fixed in place. One of the things I really look for in a hotel room or holiday apartment is a nice, relaxing shower. Unless you are short and thin, you will not get that here. There also wasn’t a fan in the bathroom so it got very foggy and misty in there if you had a shower.Beth from Australia – 22 August 2024 (9/10)
Location was great
Heather from Australia – 29 June 2024 (8/10)
Great facilities, including washer & dryer.
What could be improved: When booking you should be aware there is some noise from the nearby freeway when the windows are open. It didn’t bother us and the quality and location made up for the bit of noise.Bea from United States – 4 May 2024 (5/10)
They had parking available and the room was pretty big with a living room.
What could be improved: Only one small bathroom with no exhaust. The parking is very small.Byungki from South Korea – 2 March 2024 (9/10)
The condo was well maintained like home.
It has two rooms, a living room, and a kitchen. Also I liked loundry machine.
The location was very good, close to Starbucks Reserve and downtown.
What could be improved: As you know, there is more homelessness in downtown Seattle than in the past.
Some streets were dirty and some strange smell.Hong from United States – 26 September 2023 (9/10)
The condo and kitchen are nice and clean. It has everything we needed during our stay. The beds are also comfortable.
What could be improved: The freeway noise is noticeable even though all windows are closed. We did not sleep well in the first night. Then bought the ear plugs at CVS, using it for sleeping. That helped a lot.Kenneth from United States – 21 August 2023 (9/10)
Great location. Very clean. The hosts were very responsive.
What could be improved: We happened to be there during a somewhat unseasonably warm week. There were only portable air conditioners in the 2 bedrooms, and we had a family member sleeping in the living room area that was not air conditioned and a bit uncomfortably warm.R from Canada – 7 July 2023 (7/10)
Great location! The house is clean and comfortable to live in. I like the air conditioner.
What could be improved: The parking space is not very easy to park, and the doors of the parking lot close very quickly. The side wall of the bathroom is a bit dirty.
