DT Designer’s 2BR Condo Parking Tub Pool – 99 walk score Overview

First Impressions

When I first walked into DT Designer’s 2BR Condo Parking Tub Pool – 99 walk score, I’ll be honest — the name is a mouthful, but it pretty much tells you everything you need to know. This three-star condo rental sits right in the thick of Belltown, and you can immediately feel that urban energy. The space has this modern, lived-in designer feel that’s way more interesting than your typical hotel room. It’s the kind of place where someone clearly put thought into the details, from the furniture choices to how the light hits the living area.

Location & Neighborhood

The location score of 8.7 isn’t just marketing fluff — this place really is in the sweet spot of Seattle. Belltown is where you want to be if you actually want to experience the city rather than just visit it. You’re walking distance to Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and honestly, some of the best coffee shops that aren’t the obvious tourist traps. That 99 walk score means you can ditch the car for most things, which is huge in a city where parking usually costs more than your dinner. Speaking of which, having free on-site parking here is like finding a unicorn.

The Space

The two-bedroom setup works really well for couples or small groups — I mean, you’ve got space to spread out without feeling like you’re camping in someone’s cramped studio. The kitchen is actually functional, not just decorative like in some places, so you can make real meals if you want to save money or just prefer eating in. The designer touches are subtle but effective — nothing too flashy, just good taste that makes the space feel more upscale than it probably is. And that tub they mention? Yeah, it’s actually worth using after a long day of walking around the city.

Amenities & Practical Stuff

The pool is a nice bonus, though honestly, you’re probably not coming to Seattle for pool time. But it’s there if you want it, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need after trudging around in the Pacific Northwest drizzle. The whole setup feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place than staying in a hotel, which some people love and others might find a bit too hands-off. You won’t have daily housekeeping or a front desk, but you get way more space and character than most hotels in this price range.

Why Guests Love It

Couples seem to really dig this place, and I get why — there’s something romantic about having your own little urban hideaway in the heart of the city. You can cook breakfast together, take that tub seriously, and still be steps away from everything Seattle has to offer. The combination of being centrally located but having actual space to relax is pretty rare. Sure, it’s thoughtfully done and genuinely comfortable. For the price point and location, you’re getting a lot more personality and space than you’d find in a standard hotel room downtown.

Exploring Seattle layers rooftop gardens, tide flat walks, and rainy-day museum hops.

Reviews of DT Designer’s 2BR Condo Parking Tub Pool – 99 walk score

  • Tiffany from United States – 14 April 2025 (1/10)

The room was really dirty, their lack of communication was extremely poor, the bed was harder than a rock, the previous people didn’t bring back the parking pass. This place waisted quite a bit of our time there. Very unprofessional.

  • Suzanne from United States – 9 April 2025 (8/10)

    Location is everything!

What could be improved: TV in living room did not work and the
WIFI was not working for the apartment. Management was very responsive, I might add.

  • Maureen from United States – 10 February 2025 (8/10)

Comfort and location! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. This condo made us feel like it was our home away from home!

What could be improved: Everything was fantastic!

  • Lois from United Kingdom – 22 October 2024 (5/10)

  • Lori from United States – 13 October 2024 (8/10)

Our girls weekend started here and it was great! Unit had great central location, exterior door security & a friendly welcoming liason to show us to the property. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary gadgets, some spices, coffee & teas. Beds were ok, and each room had a fan for your comfort.

What could be improved: The refrigerator made an odd noise occasionally, but nothing too bothersome.
