This three-star spot has that cozy bed-and-breakfast feel without being overly precious about it. When I walked up to the building on 11th Avenue East, I immediately got why couples rate this place so highly — there’s something genuinely romantic about the tree-lined street and the way the inn blends into the neighborhood’s character.

You know what’s great about staying in Capitol Hill? Everything you actually want to do is within walking distance. I mean, you’re literally steps away from some of Seattle’s best coffee shops, vintage stores, and that eclectic mix of restaurant that makes this area special. The neighborhood has this perfect balance — it’s lively enough to feel exciting but residential enough that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds. Pike Place Market is close, but you’re not stuck in the middle of all that chaos.

The Suite Itself

The one-bedroom suite surprised me with how thoughtfully laid out it is. The room feels much larger than you’d expect, and there’s actually enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The kitchenette is small but functional — perfect for making morning coffee or storing leftovers from all the great takeout options nearby. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being on a fairly busy street. The windows do a good job of keeping the noise down, which matters when you’re trying to sleep in.

Why Couples Love It

I can see exactly why this place gets such high marks from couples. There’s something intimate about the whole setup that feels more personal than your typical hotel. The inn has this warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to actually hang out in your room rather than just crash there.   Located at a quiet neighborhood, spacious suit, comfortable bed, nice kitchen and living room. Electric kettle and coffee machine, which is super nice for chilly weather.
  
  What could be improved: The only one thing that I could think of is the shower area in the bathroom. It’s kind of tiny for me.

  The location was excellent in that it was a short distance from the Capitol Hill tram station, as well as close to bus stops. It was walking distance to numerous restaurants which we took advantage of. Kitchen was well equipped for uncomplicated cooking. Laundry was available on the premises. Apartment had a certain old-world charm which I really liked. Communication with the host/mgr was excellent.
  
  What could be improved: Any deficiencies were addressed promptly by staff. 🙂

  Location, easy checking in and out, attentive staff (quickly brought missing coffee mugs), on-site parking, quiet for busy urban neighborhood.
  
  What could be improved: Main Wi Fi failed and wasn’t fixed before we left. Another guest’s car partially blocked walkway to our entrance.
