    Spacious and well provisioned.

    What could be improved: The master bedroom faces Bellevue Way, albeit 200 yards away but when cars drive by, you hear it.
    Unfortunately, the guest bathroom shower tub leaked so we couldn’t use it. The landlord offered to send a crew to fix it promptly but that was not working for us since we were there to celebrate Christmas with our daughter and her family.

    Location is excellent right on Bellevue way and only a few minutes to Bellevue Square with Great Restaurants inside and around. Groceries only a few minute’s away like Safeway, QFC and Asian grocery Hmart.

    What could be improved: There was road construction going on across the street and front of the property. They were fixing potholes.

    This was a decent place to stay for a business trip with a coworker. It was very clean, and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen seemed well stocked. The fireplace worked very well to heat up the living room area quickly. Having the garage is a nice security feature, and it is only a few minutes away and a straight shot into downtown Bellevue.

    What could be improved: First world problems…No Keurig and no coffee. We had to go out and find it in the morning. The window coverings don’t completely cover the windows in the second bedroom, so we put up a blanket since we could easily see in the windows of a neighboring property at night. The living room furniture is more functional than comfortable. Not a "cozy" atmosphere. Also, be aware that this is a 3-story townhouse with lots of stairs and very tricky parking. Although a good system for access without an onsite host, it takes a bit of time to figure out the key and garage door access and which side to park on. Again, having the garage is a nice security feature, but it is small and we learned after the first night that we parked on the wrong side. It would have been nice to know before parking in the garage that the portable opener only works one side of the garage, and that side is actually larger than the other side. Live and learn!
