Very modern lovely home that accommodates a big family. The many bathrooms saved time in the mornings and the teenagers loved their own space.

Beautifully decorated comfortable home. Great choice for families with lots of space. 3 levels of bedroom spaces made it easy for kids/parents to have different sleep schedules. Really loved this home!

Convenient location, plenty of room for our party of 8 adults with 5 beds and 4 bathrooms. Clean and plenty of paper products/supplies. While there are two separate living room areas, if you want to all be together on the main floor it’s easy to pull over chairs/benches from the dining room table. Gated parking, fenced enclosure and large front porch is very nice, it’s a lovely neighborhood for taking a walk, was easy access to the UW campus for the perfect timing with the cherry blossoms in bloom While this property is close to the highway we were not impacted nor bothered by noise; the windows do a good job of sheltering that noise. Kenny is a very responsive host, with quick replies and any needed action.
What could be improved: Our group likes to cook so we always appreciate a good stock of pots/pans in good condition and an array of utensils. The kitchen is well appointed to a good minimum; could use some additional pans in better shape (or maybe guests need to take better care!). Comfortable settings for a family and friends.
Kitchen, bedroom-mattresses, bathrooms were in each rooms, parking and the temperature of the house and the location.

Das Haus sieht wie auf den Fotos aus und wir haben es sofort gefunden. Die Anleitung dazu ist klar und man ist sofort drin. Wir waren zu 9 und profitierten so, zusammen abends zu kochen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, aber wir unternahmen alles ohne Autos. Innerhalb von 15 Min ist man zu Fuss im Foodladen, innert 5-10 Min bei der Bushaltestelle. Die Kinder hatten Freude an Alexa, mit der man das Licht / Musik steuerte. Grosse Waschmaschine /Tumbler vorhanden inkl Waschpulver.
Gerne wieder einmal.
What could be improved: Bei unseren 3 Tagen war eine Hitzewelle in Seattle mit 36-40 Grad. Das obere, 5. Zimmer konnten wir nicht nutzen im Dach. Das war trotz mobiler Air Condition zu heiss. Aber die Wäsche trocknete oben schnell.
